Returns

Shipping time frame:

All orders take 5-7 business days from the day after you place your order to process before shipping out.   

Returns

Our return policy period lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since the day you received your order, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Your return most be postmarked before the 14 day period ends or your return will not be processed.

If you have a damaged or incorrect item, you must contact us at info@betheone.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Incorrect items will receive a prepaid return label so that you can send the item back at no cost to you! 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Items that have been worn or washed will not be exchanged or refunded. 

Exchanges 

Exchanges only allowed on full price items, sale items are FINAL SALE. If you need to exchange the shirt for a different size please make sure to leave a note in the package on what size you would like to exchange it for and mail it to:

Please send us an email at info@betheoneu.com with your tracking information with ATTN: Returns/Exchanges in the subject line. Please allow 2-3 business days for us to process your request once we receive your package. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

We do not pay for return shipping labels on exchanges. However, we do pay for the shipping when we send the item back to you.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Damaged/defective shirts

If you get your item and it is damaged/or defective, you must send us an email with in 7 days of receiving your shirt for another shirt to be sent in place of it. 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. This can be found in your e-mail confirmation.
  

Lost or stolen packages

Be The One U is not responsible for lost or stolen packages or shipping issues once the package leaves our facility. Once the package leaves our facility, the responsibility of USPS- please watch your tracking information for updates on the location of your package. 

The carrier will generally determine if your order can be left in a safe secure place at your delivery address. If you believe your package may have been lost or stolen, please contact our customer support team so we can assist you.

Adress changes:

Address changes must be made during regular business hours, Monday- Friday 9AM- 5PM CST. If your order ships with an incorrect address, please contact USPS for further information. At this time once your order ships, we no longer hold responsibility the package.
